Customer Outreach Throughout The Sales Process

The client wanted help with automating their sales process. At current their sales representatives were overrun using an array of systems to contact leads and potential customers.

Old Process

  • PipeDrive customer relationship management system
  • Email and text manually sent to the client after each call
  • Templates to select depending on outcome of the call
  • Systems not integrated so having to navigate between them to send correspondence
  • Each template having to be filled out with information from PipeDrive by the sales representative
  • Pasting correspondence back into PipeDrive as a log of whats happened

Implemented Solution

  • Zapier to integrate their Outlook and TextMagic accounts
  • Buttons for new activities created for each outcome after a sales call
  • Buttons trigger automations in the background that send the appropriate texts and emails to the lead / customer
  • Allows sales representatives to focus on selling and not admin.
  • No need to fill a vacancy that had occurred due to an employee leaving.
  • Looking at expansion of activities as sales representatives workload is much reduced

Purchase Order Processing

The client was manually transcribing their purchase orders into an Excel table 3 times a week and wanted to automate this process.

Implemented Solution

Provided the client with an email, they forward the emails onto the email, within 5 minutes they receive their Excel table back with their information tabulated.

Saved the client approximately 3 hours a week and reduced human input errors.
